Aheadia AI ("Aheadia," "we," "us") helps students solve homework problems across math, physics, chemistry, biology, and other subjects. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
To generate step-by-step solutions and chat responses, homework images and text you submit are processed by third-party AI model providers. This processing is used solely to deliver Aheadia's core features. We do not permit this data to be used to train third-party AI models beyond what is necessary to provide you the service in that moment.
With your permission, the app accesses the camera and photo library only so you can scan or upload homework problems. Images are sent to our servers for processing and are stored as part of your account history unless you delete them.
We work with trusted third-party providers to help operate and improve Aheadia, including services for authentication, sign-in, subscription management, AI-powered solution generation, and cloud hosting. These providers process information on our behalf solely to deliver our services and are subject to their own privacy and security practices.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
You can delete your account and all associated data directly in the app at Profile → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent and removes your all data from our systems within 30 days, except where we are required to retain limited records for legal or fraud-prevention purposes. You may also request deletion by emailing support@aheadia.app.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@aheadia.app.
Aheadia is intended for students aged 13 and older. If you are under 13, you may only use Aheadia with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided personal data without appropriate consent, we will delete it. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided us data without consent can contact us at support@aheadia.app.
We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit, to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the app or by email before the changes take effect.
